Victory Creative Learning offers the ultimate STEM-themed summer camp for children ages 4–13. Designed with inclusivity at its core, our camps provide a culturally relevant, supportive environment where every child—especially neurodivergent learners with ADHD, dyslexia, or those who prefer a smaller, personalized setting—can thrive while exploring the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

Camp Details

Ages: 4–13

Location: Victory Creative Learning, Killeen, TX

Dates & Times: Week-long sessions, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM

Extended Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM extended hours available for $30 per week.

Cost: Affordable rates averaging $200 per camp with flexible payment plans available.

2025 Spring Break & Summer Camp Themes

  • Code, Build & Bots: SPRING BREAK: March 17 - 20, 2025

    In this hands-on camp, kids will explore the world of coding and robotics, from Scratch coding to building with LEGO® kits. They’ll create interactive projects like a dancing ballerina box, walking bots, and custom robots that light up and move. Campers will learn basic coding concepts while designing and building structures, developing their problem-solving and engineering skills.

  • Digital Art Explorers: June 2 - June 6, 2025

    This 3D Art and Design camp blends technology and creativity, offering kids an exciting opportunity to explore digital and hands-on artistic expression. Campers will create custom t-shirt designs, 3D art, and digital stickers using tools like Canva and Scratch for coding animations. Inspired by artists like Frida Kahlo and Edmonia Lewis, they’ll craft journals, abstract art, collages, and sculptures.

  • Pacific Island Treasures: June 9 - June 13, 2025

    The STEM Around the World: Pacific Island Edition takes kids on an exciting journey to explore the traditions and wonders of the Pacific Islands. Campers will discover the unique beauty of the sea, rainforests, canoes, and volcanoes through hands-on projects like building a hut and creating ocean-inspired art. They'll also dive into a virtual underwater landscape.


  • Code, Build & Bots: Week 3 - June 16 - June 20, 2025 (June 19 Holiday)

    In this hands-on camp, kids will explore the world of coding and robotics, from Scratch coding to building with LEGO® kits.   • Space Odyssey:June 23 - June 27, 2025

    Prepare for an interstellar journey at our Space Camp Week, where kids will explore the wonders of space and NASA legends like Katherine Johnson. Campers will learn about rocket launches, planets, and constellations, and even create galaxy slime! Through hands-on activities and cosmic discoveries, they’ll explore astronaut life and dive into the mysteries of the universe. Get ready for an out-of-this-world experience!

  • Code, Build, and Bots June 30 - July 3, 2025 (July 4 Holiday)

    In this hands-on camp, kids will explore the world of coding and robotics, from Scratch coding to building with LEGO® kits. They’ll create interactive projects like a dancing ballerina box, walking bots, and custom robots that light up and move.

    Campers will learn basic coding concepts while designing and building structures, developing their problem-solving and engineering skills.  This exciting introduction to coding combines creativity and technology.

  • Science Spy Academy July 7 - July 11, 2025

    Join us for a week of forensic science fun as kids become junior detectives! Through engaging, hands-on activities, campers will explore the fascinating world of forensic science while developing teamwork and critical thinking skills.

    They’ll investigate clues, conduct experiments, and use scientific methods to solve exciting mysteries. This interactive, detective-themed adventure combines problem-solving with real-world STEM concepts for a camp experience full of discovery and fun!

  • Wacky Science Lab: July 14 - July 18, 2025

    Dive into the wacky world of chemistry with color-changing experiments, slime labs, and explosive reactions! Kids will experience hands-on adventures like the explosive Elephant Toothpaste, captivating Orbeez experiments, and the fascinating properties of Oobleck.

    Through messy and exciting activities, they’ll uncover the fun side of science while exploring chemical reactions and physical properties. Get ready for a week of mind-blowing experiments.

  • Vet Tech Camp : July 28 - August 1, 2025

    At Jr. Vets and Pets Camp, campers will dive into the world of animal care and health science through engaging role play, STEM projects, and creative art activities. They’ll learn about pet care, explore animal anatomy, and discover essential medical tools used by veterinarians.

    Campers will gain a solid foundation in veterinary medicine, developing empathy and understanding for animals. Each participant will also receive a Vet Tech Kit to continue their learning and exploration at home.

  • The camp is situated at 508 N. Gray Street at Victory Creative Learning. Our camp space is located upstairs in the Rivers of Living Waters Church building. It's important to note that while we partner to lease space from the Rivers of Living Water Church, Victory Creative Learning is a separate entity and not affiliated or owned by the organization.


  •  Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and snacks for each day, a water bottle, back pack, and wear clothing suitable for outdoor activities.

  • No, the use of technology, including electronic devices, is prohibited during camp. We encourage a screen-free environment to enhance the hands-on and interactive nature of our activities.

  • No, Victory Creative Learning is not a licensed childcare provider, and, as such, does not accept Child Care Subsidies (CCS). We DO accept Military Child Care Aware and PDSES.


  • Yes, we welcome children with special needs. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment. However, there are specific requirements for attending camp:

    Full Potty Training: Children attending camp should be fully potty trained to ensure a positive and hygienic camp experience.

    Social Interaction: Participants must be able to interact appropriately with both adults and peers, fostering a positive and inclusive camp environment.

    Neurodivergent Learners: We welcome neurodivergent learners and are dedicated to accommodating their unique needs. Prior to registration, a phone call is required to discuss and confirm that we can provide suitable support for their learning.

    9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Morning Meeting and Briefing
    Campers start the day with a fun introduction to the day’s adventures.

    9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: STEAM Activity 1: 

    10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Snack & Social Time

    11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: STEAM Activity 2: 

    12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch & Outdoor Play

    1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Problem-Solving/Team Challenge
    Work in small groups to solve puzzles, challenges and extend learning from the morning’s activities.

  • 30 Day Cancellation Notice:Cancellations made 30 or more days before the camp start date are eligible for a 100% camp credit, which can be applied toward any future camp or program within 12 months of the original camp start date.

    Emergency Situations:For cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date due to a documented emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), families may request either:

    • A full camp credit to be used within 12 months.

    • A 50% refund upon submission of supporting documentation.

    Examples of acceptable documentation include:

    • A doctor’s note for medical-related issues.

    • Proof of a family emergency, such as an obituary or other relevant paperwork.

    Requests for emergency credits or refunds must be submitted within 10 days of the camp start date.

    If Victory Private School Cancels:

    If Victory Creative Learning cancels a camp due to low enrollment or emergency purposes, families will receive a 100% refund minus any processing fees.

    Non-Transferable Credits:Camp credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to future camps or programs within the same or allocated family.

    How to Cancel:To cancel your registration, email us at support@victorycreativelearning.com info@victorycreativelearning.com with your child’s name, camp session details, and the reason for cancellation. For emergency cancellations, please include the required documentation with your request.

    This policy ensures fairness and flexibility while accommodating unforeseen circumstances. For additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
